University of Missouri offensive tackle Armand Membou rates as one of the top offensive line prospects in the upcoming NFL Draft. The 6’4” 332-pound Lee’s Summit native earned Second-team All-SEC honors as a junior this past season, allowing zero sacks and recording a 90.6 overall Pro Football Focus grade. He further boosted his stock with an impressive combine performance, where he ran a 4.91 40-yard dash, vertical jumped 34 inches and put up 31 bench press reps.
With the pre-draft process winding down, BetMissouri.com - home to all news around Missouri sports betting - developed odds projecting what team will select Membou when the draft kicks off on April 24 in Green Bay. Here are the top contenders to take the talented Tiger tackle:

Who Will Draft Membou?
Membou should have a wide range of interest across the first round. Quality offensive linemen are at a premium throughout the league and this draft class lacks a clear-cut top lineman, creating a number of potential fits depending on the variance in individual team evaluations. The top four contenders to land him hold picks ranging from 4 to 18, reflecting these realties.
49ers Favorites To Land Membou
Owners of the 11th overall pick, the 49ers stand out as the most likely destination for Membou. San Francisco is in the process of reshaping its roster after a disappointing 6-11 season and could easily upgrade at right tackle. Meanwhile, stalwart left tackle Trent Williams turns 37 in July and missed 7 games in 2024. Membou played on the right side in Columbia but possesses the requisite traits to transition to left tackle as a pro. Starting him at right tackle and allowing him to learn from the future Hall of Famer Williams before taking over the left side could be the perfect move for Membou’s development, especially because their athletic profiles match closely.
Keep Tabs on Seattle
San Francisco’s NFC West rival Seattle would also be a natural landing spot for Membou were he to fall. The Seahawks do not pick until 18th but have glaring needs on the offensive line. The team allowed 54 sacks last season, tied with Houston for third most in the league, and graded out as PFF’s fourth worst Oline unit. The right side of the line struggled in particular, surrendering the NFL’s most pressure from the right tackle spot and third most from the right guard spot. If Membou gets to Seattle’s pick, do not be surprised to see them sprint to the podium to select him, as he would give them another anchor on the line opposite 2022 first round pick Charles Cross.
Patriots, Jets Are Darkhorses For Membou
At the high end of Membou’s range, New England comes into the draft still needing to add protection for Drake Maye. The Patriots signed veteran right tackle Morgan Moses from the Jets as part of their offseason spending spree but failed to address the left side of the line. Securing Maye’s blindside should be a top priority for the team after allowing 52 sacks last year and giving him an average of just 2.3 seconds of pocket time per Pro-Football-Reference. With the fourth pick and no need at quarterback New England can go in a number of directions at the top of the draft, but they are likely the first team that will consider an offensive lineman. The Patriots could end up preferring a player like LSU’s Will Campbell, but if Membou ends up OT1 this feels like the place.
A wildcard in the top ten, the Jets, like the Patriots, have a variety of options with their seventh overall pick. New York brought in Justin Fields to start at quarterback, however the supporting cast does not look up to par. Moses and free agent Tyron Smith started the majority of games at tackle for the team in 2024, but with both gone the Jets need to revamp the perimeter of their line. Last year’s first round pick Olu Fashanu made 7 starts as an injury fill in as a rookie and should earn one of the tackle spots in 2025, but that leaves the other side wide open for someone like Membou. Nonetheless, if New York decides to target an offensive playmaker or defender rather than a lineman it would not be shocking.
Other teams that could be a fit for Membou in the first round include the Chicago Bears (pick 10), Miami Dolphins (pick 13) and the Arizona Cardinals (pick 16).
